Plan & Billing Policy
House of Ravenlight

This Plan & Billing Policy explains how purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for all plans, digital offerings, and physical products provided through House of Ravenlight.
By purchasing or accessing any offering, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Use.

1. Types of Offerings
We currently offer:

Membership Plans
Ongoing access to selected Temple spaces (such as the Vault, courses, and archives) on a recurring subscription basis (e.g., monthly or annually), where applicable. -
One-Time Digital Purchases
Access to specific digital offerings (such as courses, bundles, and special transmissions) purchased with a single, full payment at checkout. -
Physical Products (Shop Items)
Select physical items (such as prints, altar pieces, or other sacred tools) available through the shop. These items are shipped to you as described at checkout.

2. Payment Terms (No Payment Plans)

All purchases through House of Ravenlight—whether for memberships, digital offerings, or physical products—are paid in full at the time of purchase.

We do not offer in-house payment plans or installment arrangements.

You are responsible for using your own credit card or payment method at checkout.

If your bank or card provider offers financing or “pay over time” options, these are separate agreements between you and your provider. House of Ravenlight is not a party to those agreements.

3. Free Trial Access (Digital Only)
From time to time, we may offer free trial access to selected Temple spaces, membership areas, or courses.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the specific offer:

Free trial access does not automatically convert into a paid course or membership.

At the end of your free trial, your access will simply end, and your payment method will not be charged automatically for the full offering.

If you wish to continue with a paid course or membership after the trial, you must manually enroll and complete a separate full-payment purchase.
We will never charge you for a full course or membership solely on the basis of a free trial, without your explicit purchase at checkout.

4. Billing & Renewals (Memberships Only)
This section applies to recurring membership plans only (if and where they are offered).

Your membership will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually) only if you have explicitly selected a recurring membership plan at checkout.

Your payment method on file will be charged on the renewal date shown at checkout or in your account.

If a renewal payment fails, our system may:

Attempt to reprocess the payment, and/or
-
Temporarily suspend your access until payment is successful.

For one-time purchases (courses, digital bundles, physical products), there is no automatic renewal. You are charged once at checkout and will not be billed again for that specific offering unless you make a new purchase.

5. Shipping for Physical Products
For items purchased from the shop:

Shipping options, delivery estimates, and any applicable costs will be displayed at checkout.

We currently ship to lower 48 states, USA only due to the cost of shipping. For larger orders, please contact us directly.

Processing times may vary by product; approximate timeframes will be noted on the product page or at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us at HouseOfRavenlight@gmail.com so we can see what is possible. Resolution may be limited by carrier policies and tracking information.

6. Returns & Refunds
Digital Offerings (Courses, Memberships, Digital Bundles)
Because digital content is accessible immediately or very quickly:

All sales of digital offerings are generally final and non-refundable.
Exceptions (such as duplicate purchases or clear technical issues preventing access) may be considered on a case-by-case basis within [e.g., 7–14 days] of purchase by emailing HouseOfRavenlight@gmail.com. Refunds or credits are granted at our sole discretion.
No refunds are provided for:

Change of mind after access is granted

Failure to use or complete the content

Partial use of a billing period (for memberships)
Physical Products (Shop Items)
We aim to ensure that items arrive in good condition. Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery at HouseOfRavenlight@gmail.com with your order number and photos, so we can evaluate and address the issue.

If we accept a return or replacement, we will provide instructions. In some cases, you may need to return the item before a replacement or refund is issued.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

Returns for reasons other than damage/defect (e.g., change of mind) are generally not accepted, or are accepted only at our discretion and may be subject to:

A return window of [e.g., 14 days] from delivery

Items being unused and in original packaging

You covering return shipping costs

7. Failed Payments & Access
For memberships:

If a scheduled renewal payment cannot be processed, the system may retry over a short period.

If payment remains unsuccessful, your access to the membership may be suspended or removed until payment is updated.
For one-time digital or physical purchases:

If payment fails at checkout, access or shipment will not be provided until a successful payment is completed.

8. Nature of Offerings & No Guarantees
Our digital offerings are spiritual and educational resources, and physical products are intended as supportive tools.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

Results and experiences are personal and cannot be guaranteed.

You are responsible for your own integration, choices, and any decisions made based on the material.
