These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the House of Ravenlight website, membership areas, courses, and all digital content and services offered through this site (collectively, the “Services”).

This website is owned and operated by Cheryl Farr, doing business as House of Ravenlight (“House of Ravenlight”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

House of Ravenlight offers spiritual and educational resources, including but not limited to:

Online courses and pathways
Membership access to Temple spaces and archives
Digital scrolls, rituals, transmissions, and meditations
A small shop of physical items (such as prints, ritual tools, or other sacred objects)

To use this website and purchase offerings, you must:

3. Commercial Terms (Purchases, Subscriptions, Shipments, Warranties)

A. Purchases & Subscriptions

All courses, memberships, digital offerings, and physical products are paid in full at the time of purchase, using your own credit card or other accepted payment method.
Some offerings may be structured as recurring memberships with automatic renewal (e.g., monthly or annual). These will be clearly identified at checkout.
We do not offer in-house payment plans or installment arrangements.

B. Shipments (Physical Products)

Physical products purchased through the shop will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
Available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and any applicable fees will be displayed during checkout.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier, subject to applicable law. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us as described in the Plan & Billing Policy so we can review and address the situation as possible.

C. Returns, Refunds & Warranties

Digital offerings are generally non-refundable, as described in the Plan & Billing Policy.
Physical products may be eligible for return or replacement in cases of damage or defect reported within the stated timeframe, or as otherwise described in the Plan & Billing Policy or on the product page.
We provide our Services and products on an “as is” and “as available” basis and do not guarantee specific personal, spiritual, financial, or health outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

4. Free Trial Access

From time to time, we may offer free trial access to certain membership areas or digital offerings.

Unless clearly stated otherwise on the specific offer:

Free trial access does not automatically convert into a paid course or membership.
At the end of the trial, your access simply ends, and your payment method is not automatically charged for the full offering.
If you wish to continue with a paid course or membership after the trial, you must manually enroll and complete a full-payment purchase.
